Today we celebrate the Winter Solstice, the shortest day of the year. We celebrate the fact that after today the days get longer. The sun god returns. Even as the nights are still long, we have the promise of spring. The Wheel of the Year turns. Visit the 5 altars that we have created and think about what you want to create to bring in the light of your new year. Each altar represents an element and a direction that is part of our lives.
