Circle of Sharing & Hope
Fri, Nov 08

When the world's got you down, it's time to come together. We won't solve the world's problems, but we can voice our concerns in the safety of the community circle. Before we engage with the issues again, we first need to take time to grieve the loss and make space for hope.

About the event
The US election this week is the most recent example of the rightward swing of politics across the western world... And both federal polls and recent provincial elections suggest the same trend is happening in Canada. It can be upsetting and even scary for those of us whose identity is under attack or who have spent our lives supporting progressive views.
Join us Friday evening for a Circle of Sharing. We won't solve the world's problems but we can speak our concerns into the safety of the community circle. It will be an opportunity to speak from our hearts. Before we engage with the issues again, we first need to take time to grieve the loss and make space for hope.
Doors open at 5:15 PM, sharing begins at 5:30 PM. This event is free to attend and light refreshments will be served.
