From Harm to Connection

When we hold ourselves and others to high ethical standards, it can feel shocking when one of our community members behaves in a way that violates our shared ethics. Calling out harm has long been a key practice in social justice—accountability matters. How can we address harm and move through accountability toward deeper, safer, and more creative connections? This talk draws on the insights and poetry of Black feminist writer Adrienne Maree Brown.
