About the event
Presenter: Mackenzie Griffin // Worship Associate: Fae Shaw
Mackenzie Griffin is a storyteller and theologian living on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Syilx Okanagan Nation. In this All Saints' Day reflection, she asks what healing looks like through our relationships with our body, Creator, creation & one another. What do we do when the state of the world feels overwhelming, and healing feels out of reach? Drawing on her own journey with chronic illness and the Indigenous Christian traditions she carries, Mackenzie invites us to sit honestly in the here and not yet as we honour our own journeys and our ancestors, past and future.
