About the event
Join Kaleigh for a special Lammas (Lughnasadh) Summer Worship Circle inspired by the ancient Celtic Festival of the First Harvest.
This gathering will unfold a little differently.
Together, we'll gather in a circle around a symbolic harvest altar and journey into the ancient story of Lugh and his foster mother, Tailtiu. Shared in the tradition of the Celtic bards, this timeless tale invites us to explore the deeper meaning of the harvest and the quiet truth that every gift we receive is rooted in an offering that came before it.
Through story, reflection, and simple ritual, we'll explore themes of gratitude, sacrifice, legacy, and the unseen acts of love that continue to nourish our lives. Along the way, we'll be invited to consider not only the harvest we've received, but the harvest we are helping to grow.
Whether you receive this story as mythology, history, or sacred metaphor, you are…
