About the event
Presenter: Rev. Brian Kiely // Worship Associate: Marilyn Raymond
Kelowna Unitarians adopted a “Conflict Resolution Policy” in 2019 and revised it just a year ago. It, along with our “Relationship Covenant,” describes how we expect to treat and be treated as members especially in times of stress and conflict. We are facing a few different issues these days that will affect our future, with some firmly held views in the air around us. How we interact with one another in times of disagreement will be one significant measure of the success of our community.
