Kelowna Unitarians

Today, we welcome new members who have placed their trust in our community—to be welcomed, heard, and safe. In return, we ask for trust in our leaders, respect for diverse views, and a shared commitment to support KU as we are able.

About the event

Presenter: Rev Brian Kiely //  Worship Associate: Fae Shaw

Today we formally recognize new members who have joined our community in the past year. The decision to join this or any other community is an act of trust. Trust what? That they will be welcomed, respected, heard, have a full chance to participate and be safe. And what does KU ask in return? That members trust that the leaders are doing their best, that every member has a right to their views and that we all have a duty to support this community as we are able.
